We partnered with Ampersand to reimagine their digital presence—one that mirrors the trust and professionalism they’ve cultivated over decades. With a content-heavy site and a strong editorial tone, our focus centred on creating a clear, intuitive information architecture and establishing a refined typographic hierarchy. These foundations brought order to dense content, allowing users to navigate thought leadership pieces, role listings, and sector insights with ease. Visually, the site was kept clean and minimal, with generous white space and restrained use of colour to allow content to lead. To balance this simplicity and prevent the experience from feeling static, we introduced subtle micro-interactions—gentle fades, hover states, and scroll-based transitions—that added a sense of movement and tactility without distracting from the core message.
